Visa Sponsorship
After you pass the NCLEX-RN, we'll begin the visa
sponsorship process. Assignment America will sponsor you and your
immediate family members for a Permanent Residency Visa (green card).
The green card-which is actually pink-enables you and your family
members under 21 to legally live and work in the United States.
Assignment America will also apply for your VisaScreen, a credentialing
program administered by the International Commission on Healthcare
Professions.
Assignment America representatives will help
you complete all the required documents; the U.S. Immigration and
Naturalization Service estimates that green card processing will
take about nine months, but your home country's procedures may add
to that time.
