Facility Orientation and Ongoing Support
Assignment America has established an extensive orientation program with our client facilities to help familiarize you with the facility, the unit in which you'll be working, the staff, and the policies and procedures. The type and length of orientation will vary from facility to facility, and will depend upon your clinical specialty and how quickly you adapt to your new work environment.
An Assignment America representative will provide you with
ongoing support and service throughout the program. After your initial commitment
of 12-to 24-months, you're free to set your own pace. You may choose to
return home with your new, highly marketable skills, or expand your travel
nursing experiences. The Cross Country Healthcare family of companies offers
a variety of career-enhancing opportunities, including per-diem work, short- and long-term assignments, and permanent placement.
